How much does a lead cost?
Each job type has one flat price per lead. You see it before you add your card.
Is there a contract or a monthly fee?
No to both. You pay for the leads you get and nothing else. Pause or close your account whenever you like.
Who pays for the advertising?
We do. LeadMeter runs the ads for your area at its own cost. You never pay for ad spend.
Do you share leads with other businesses?
Never. Each lead goes to one business only. Being sent to you alone is one of the seven checks every billed lead has to pass.
How do leads reach me?
By text message, the moment the homeowner enquires. The text has a tap-to-call link. The homeowner also gets a text with your business name, so they know your call is coming.
What if a lead is no good?
Every billed lead has to pass seven checks. If one fails, you aren't charged for it. If you think a lead failed a check, there's a dispute button for 7 days and a person reviews it.
What isn't covered?
The homeowner not answering, deciding not to buy, or getting other quotes. Those are part of selling any job, so they aren't grounds for a credit.
Can I control how many leads I get?
Yes. You set a daily cap and your area, and you can pause at any time. New accounts start at up to 3 leads a day. Pausing and lowering your cap work straight away. Raising it applies from the next day.
How am I charged?
Per lead, on your card, as each one arrives. When you add your card we place a hold. Your first lead is charged against it and the rest is released. There are no invoices to chase.
Which jobs can I get leads for?
Hot water system replacement, split system and ducted air conditioning installation, roof restoration and re-roofing. If you do something else, join the waitlist when you sign up.
When can I start getting leads?
Once your card is set up we start the advertising for your area. We can't promise how many leads you'll get or how soon the first one arrives.
Are there rules for contacting leads?
Yes. Call weekdays 9am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm, never Sundays or public holidays. Use the lead only for that enquiry and don't resell it.
Who runs LeadMeter?
LeadMeter is operated by Inno Creative Pty Ltd, ABN 51 701 297 627, a Queensland company.
