These are the only grounds for a credit, and they're the same for every business.

The name passes our checks for fake and test entries.

A live mobile number
The mobile is a live Australian mobile number, checked when the enquiry came in.

A working email address
The email address has been checked and can receive mail.

Inside your area
The job sits inside the suburbs and radius you chose.

A job you selected
The homeowner picked a job type you said you want, in their own answers on the form.

Not a duplicate
Not a repeat of a lead you've had from us in the last 30 days.

Sent to you alone
No other business gets this lead, before or after you.
Disputing a lead
If you think a lead failed one of the checks, press the dispute button on that lead within 7 days of getting it. A person reviews every dispute, and if the lead failed a check, you're credited for it.

What isn't covered
The checks are about whether the lead is real, in your area, for your job and yours alone. What happens after you call is up to you and the homeowner. These aren't grounds for a credit:
- The homeowner doesn't answer your call
- The homeowner decides not to go ahead
- The homeowner gets other quotes as well
