Set it up once. Then answer the phone.

Here's what happens from the day you sign up to the day a homeowner's enquiry lands on your phone.

Step 1

Sign up, or have us ring you

Sign up online in a few minutes. If you'd rather talk it through, ask for a call back and we'll ring you within minutes during business hours.

We ask a few questions about your business, your ABN and your licence, so we only send leads to businesses that can do the work.

Two ways in

  • Sign up online. It takes a few minutes.
  • Ask for a call back and we'll ring you within minutes during business hours.
Step 2

Pick your jobs, area and cap

Choose the jobs you want from the list:

  • Hot water system replacement
  • Split system air conditioning installation
  • Ducted air conditioning installation
  • Roof restoration
  • Re-roofing

Set your service area as base suburbs plus a radius. Set a daily lead cap. New accounts start at up to 3 leads a day.

2leads a day

New accounts start at up to 3 a day.

Step 3

Add a card

Each job type has one flat price per lead, and you see it before you add your card. When you do, we place a hold on the card. Your first lead is charged against that hold and the rest is released.

Before you add a card, you'll see

  • The flat price per lead for each job you picked
  • The key terms, in plain words
  • The hold. Your first lead is charged against it and the rest is released
Step 4

We run the ads, at our cost

LeadMeter advertises to homeowners in your area and pays for every bit of it. You never get an ad bill.

Nothing

That's what you pay toward advertising. We cover all of it.

Step 5

A lead arrives, for you alone

The moment a homeowner enquires, the lead lands on your phone as a text with a tap-to-call link. It goes to one business only, never shared.

The homeowner gets a text too, naming your business, so they're expecting your call.

Step 6

Pay per lead as it arrives

You're charged per lead as each one arrives. There are no invoices and no lock-in.

Pausing and lowering your cap work straight away. Raising it applies from the next day.

  • Never call on a Sunday or a public holiday.
  • Use the lead only for the enquiry the homeowner made.
